For those who wish to have a taste of Mediterranean cuisine, for those who want to learn some tricks but also have time for their holiday.

TYPICAL PROGRAM OF "COOKING TASTE":

This course is divided into two classes on two different days.

Day 1: Arrival at the hotel. Welcome drink and meeting with the staff of the Cooking School. In the early afternoon cooking class with tasting of the food. Overnight.

Day 2: Breakfast with free morning. In early afternoon cooking class with tasting of the food. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Departure after breakfast.

3) ONE WEEK FULL IMMERSION COURSE OF GOURMET CUISINE AND CULTURE

This course is designed for those who want to know the best of gastronomic excellence of our cuisine, a course designed for the true lovers of the kitchen. An unique opportunity to immerse yourself in Mediterranean food and wine culture to understand and appreciate the entire cycle from production to preparation.

Day 1: Arrival at the hotel. Welcome drink and meeting with the Staff of the Cooking School, Dinner and overnight.

Day 2: After breakfast Orientation Tour of the City of Ravello. Afternoon free. Dinner and overnight.

Day 3: After breakfast visit to Amalfi. In early afternoon cooking class with tasting of the food prepared. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Breakfast with the morning free. In early afternoon cooking class with tasting of the food prepared. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: After breakfast visit to typical local products firms with food tasting. Afternoon free. Dinner and overnight.

Day 6: After breakfast visit the organic garden. In early afternoon cooking class with tasting of food prepared. Dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Breakfast with the morning free. In the afternoon the last cooking class with tasting of food prepared. Farewell dinner with delivery of the diploma and overnight.

Day 8: Departure after breakfast.
